Do you deliver on weekends?: No—Our Floral Attendants place flowers Monday–Friday. If your chosen date is on a weekend or bank holiday, we will place as close as possible within the working week.

What if I don’t know the plot number?: You can add our Location Service (£60) to your order and we’ll help locate your loved one’s resting place.

What if you can’t find my plot?: We will refund your Location Service payment

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?: Yes—you’re in control. Pause, cancel, or adjust anytime via your account or by contacting us.

How will I know flowers have been placed?: We’ll send you a confirmation email after each placement. If you’ve chosen photo updates, before and after pictures are included.

Do you use local flowers?: Yes, wherever possible. We source seasonal flowers from local growers to support the flower growers industry.

What if weather prevents placement?: If severe weather or access restrictions prevent placement, we’ll rearrange a delivery time at no extra cost.

What happens if no container is at the grave?: You’ll need to add a vase before we can place the flowers. This can be purchased before checking out your floral tribute order.

Where do you operate?: We currently serve Flintshire only.
